These terms cover use of the Copiopiahub website and visibility platform.

1. Acceptance

By using the Copiopiahub website or platform you agree to these terms. If you are accepting for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A paid subscription may also have an order form. If the order form conflicts with these terms on price, term length, or data-processing detail, the order form wins for that point. These terms win for everything else.

2. The service

Copiopiahub provides logistics visibility: tracking views, ETAs, milestone history, and connections to systems you nominate. We may change the interface or the calculation method so the data stays accurate. We will not remove a feature you are paying for without a reasonable alternative or notice, unless the change is required for security or law.

Tracking depends on feeds from carriers, devices, and ports we do not operate. A missing scan outside our network is not, by itself, a failure of the platform.

Data handling

Customer shipment data is used to provide the service. The Privacy Policy describes personal data. You must have the right to share any personal data you upload, including driver or receiver details.

3. Intellectual property

The platform, its interface, models, documentation, and the Copiopiahub name belong to Copiopiahub or its licensors. While your subscription is active you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal logistics work. You do not acquire the software or the method behind the dashboards. Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the product without any obligation to pay for that feedback.

England and Wales

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where we need urgent injunctive relief.

4. Your responsibilities

You keep login details confidential and you tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account is compromised. You are responsible for the people you allow onto your workspace and for the shipment data you submit.

You will not scrape the service, probe it without written permission, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, overload it, or use it to monitor people or assets you have no right to track. You will not upload unlawful content.

5. Suspension and ending access

Either party can end a paid plan as the order form describes. We may suspend access at once if these terms are broken, if fees are overdue, or if we must do so for security or a legal duty. When access ends, your right to use the platform stops. You may ask for an export of customer data you submitted, as the privacy policy and the order form allow, within 30 days of the end date.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Logistics has inputs we do not control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost savings, or for decisions you make from tracking data, whether or not we were advised that loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the platform in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Copiopiahub for the platform in that period. If you are using a free preview and have paid nothing, that cap is £100.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will move when we do. If a change is material we will publish it on this page before it applies. Using the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and, if you have a paid plan, end it under the order form.
