Who is responsible

If you use the platform under a customer contract, that customer is often the controller of shipment data and Copiopiahub is their processor. This policy still explains the website and the safeguards we apply.

What we collect

• Contact form. Name, work email, company, operation size, and whatever you write in the message. You send it with your own email app. We receive it as ordinary email and use it to reply.
• Platform accounts. Name, business email, role, and credentials needed to sign in. We use these to provide the service the customer bought.
• Shipment telemetry. Positions, scans, sensor readings, and related references supplied by the customer or its carriers. We use them to show tracking, ETAs, and reports.
• Cookie preference. If you choose Accept or Essential only, this browser stores copiopiahub_consent locally. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept long enough to answer and to keep a record of what was agreed, then deleted or archived under the customer contract. Platform and telemetry data follows the retention period in that contract. The cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Your rights

If UK GDPR applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to confirm you are entitled to the shipment record before we release it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
